- Access the Supplier Punchout (+) catalog by selecting the Punchout button.
Nomenclature and tab location for Order Status, Order Tracking, Track Shipments or My Orders may vary by supplier. Above example is for VWR. Be prepared to search via PO number within Punchout.
- Enter PO number if available or supplier order number (available from Order Confirmation sent to Contract Manager associated with the PO).
- Some sites may provide search criteria using date ranges from Orders Created.
Many supplier punchouts include status detail for ALL orders placed, regardless of catalog type through UCIbuy. Electronic refers to UCIbuy/eCommerce cXML transmitted orders.
- Locate the PO number.
- Select the Order Number link to view detailed tracking links.
